If you don’t update the content on your site very frequently and you do not sell any products or services directly on your site with a checkout page, then this Care Plan is perfect for you. New Website Evaluations
When you sign up for a Care Plan, we will do a full site evaluation to get familiar with your site, how it was built, and any issues your site may currently have.
During this initial evaluation, we’ll check the overall condition of your site, complete a full site and database backup and perform the plans usual updates and monitoring tasks. If we discover any problems or issues during our evaluation, we’ll make a list of the issues that need to be fixed and any suggestions we have for improvements needed for us to properly maintain your site. In most cases we can fix these issues for you at our normal hourly rate or you can purchase our Elite Support Hours and use them to fix these isses.
